We had a baby boy on April 5th. Two hours after I got home from the Miss Manti pageant I went into labor. We left in the middle of the night to go to the hospital. Grandma Cox came and stayed with the kids. By 7am that morning our precious baby boy was born. He was a big boy. He weighed in a 9 lbs. 3 oz. and 20.5 inches long. We weren't expecting a boy so we were caught off guard. It took us some time, but in the end, we named him Adam David Cox!
Spencer cried when he found out the baby was a boy. Once he laid eyes on him, he was hooked. The kids came to see me in the hospital with grandma and grandpa Cox. Then they spent a few days in Ogden with Grandma Valeen.
We had lots of visitors from friends and neighbors. We are so blessed to know such great people. We thoroughly enjoyed all the presents, treats, and dinners that were brought in.
Adam is a lucky kid. He is surrounded by people who love and adore him. He is very good natured and easy going. Being as big as he was has helped him be a great eater and an even better sleeper! Mom is really happy about that.
